Recipe Ingredients

Servings 1
1.5 oz Patrón Añejo
2 oz Fresh pineapple juice
1 oz Fresh orange
.15 oz Fresh ginger
.15 oz Fresh lime
12 Fresh mint leaves
+ Simple Syrup, to taste

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. In the bottom of a shaker, muddle the mint, ginger and simple syrup.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and ice.
  3. Shake vigorously to chill.
  4. Double strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and an orange slice.
