.5 oz | Fresh apple cider |
.5 oz | Apricot liqueur |
.5 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
.5 oz | Simple syrup |
.5 oz | Amontillado sherry |
+ | Rosemary sprig for garnish |
+ | Lemon wheels for garnish |
45 ml | PATRÓN Añejo |
15 ml | Fresh apple cider |
15 ml | Apricot liqueur |
15 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
15 ml | Simple syrup |
15 ml | Amontillado sherry |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle rosemary and simple syrup.
- Add remaining liquids except sherry, and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
- Float sherry on top of cocktail, and garnish with a rosemary sprig, coiled around the inside of the glass like a wreath.
