Recipe Ingredients

Servings 1
2 oz Patrón Añejo
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz Honey syrup
0.25 oz Patrón Smoky
2-3 Quarter-size slices of fresh ginger

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the Patrón Smoky.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake to chill; double-strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Float the Patrón Smoky on top and garnish with candied ginger.
