1.25 oz Patrón Añejo
.75 oz Olorosso sherry
.75 oz Agave caramel
6 drops Xocolati mole bitters
+ Splash of Champagne
37.5 ml Patrón Añejo
22.5 ml Olorosso sherry
22.5 ml Agave caramel
6 drops Xocolati mole bitters
+ Splash of Champagne

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all ingredients, except the champagne, into a mixing glass full of ice and stir.
  2. Strain into a coupe.
  3. Top with champagne.
