.5 oz | Simple syrup |
1 | Pod vanilla |
1 | Pinch black pepper |
1 | Pinch cardamom oleo |
+ | Castle milk stout beer foam |
+ | Dehydrated grapefruit and grapefruit dust for garnish |
52.5 ml | Patrón Añejo |
22.5 ml | Grapefruit juice |
22.5 ml | Lemon juice |
15 ml | Simple syrup |
1 | Pod vanilla |
1 | Pinch black pepper |
1 | Pinch cardamom oleo |
+ | Castle milk stout beer foam |
+ | Dehydrated grapefruit and grapefruit dust for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
ResetHow to Make
- Combine all ingredients except stout foam and garnishes in a shaker.
- Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Spray the castle milk stout foam on top of the cocktail.
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and a sprinkle of grapefruit dust.
