Recipe Ingredients
.75 oz | Patrón Añejo |
.5 oz | Apricot liquor |
.75 oz | Pyrat Rum |
.75 oz | Lime juice |
.5 oz | Simple syrup |
4 pieces | Pineapple chunks |
+ | Lime wedge and cherry for garnish |
22.5 ml | Patrón Añejo |
15 ml | Apricot liquor |
22.5 ml | Pyrat Rum |
22.5 ml | Lime juice |
15 ml | Simple syrup |
4 pieces | Pineapple chunks |
+ | Lime wedge and cherry for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Muddle pineapple inside a shaker tin.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with crushed ice until chilled.
- Fine strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and cherry.
