Ingredients

  • ml
.75 oz Patrón Añejo
.5 oz Apricot liquor
.75 oz Pyrat Rum
.75 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
4 pieces Pineapple chunks
+ Lime wedge and cherry for garnish
22.5 ml Patrón Añejo
15 ml Apricot liquor
22.5 ml Pyrat Rum
22.5 ml Lime juice
15 ml Simple syrup
4 pieces Pineapple chunks
+ Lime wedge and cherry for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Muddle pineapple inside a shaker tin.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with crushed ice until chilled.
  3. Fine strain into a coupe.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and cherry.
