See moreRolling right into the weekend and not losing any steam, Patrón continued to impress guests with its incredibly versatile nature. Bartender Remy Savage of Little Red Door in Paris made Cocktail Lab the place to be, serving a fruity and citrusy drink called Patrónomy. The cocktail is fairly simple in essence, yet complex, offering a subtle bitterness and delicate salty taste in addition to the bright citrus notes.
Remy cited his inspiration for the cocktail as the classic flavors of summertime, which are enhanced with a black salt rim. It was also important that the drink could be easily reproduced at home so everyone could experience the refreshing Patrón Tequila twist on one of Little Red Door’s signature serves.
And not only does Thursday mark the start to the weekend and a much larger London Cocktail Week crowd, but also The World’s 50 Best Bar Awards ceremony takes place this evening. Good luck to all!
