London Cocktail Week guests were treated to a taste of Philip’s homeland, as he served a Patrón Tequila twist on the signature drink of Singapore, dubbed a Señor Sling. In addition to swapping gin for tequila, his version also included egg whites which added an additional creamy texture and an attractive final touch.
The sought-after bartender also hosted a Masterclass on the signature serves from his bar while discussing the increasing popularity of cocktail culture in Singapore.
