2.5 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
.75 oz Suze
3 drops Eau-de-vie de Gentiane
+ Hawaiian black salt rim
+ Slice of grapefruit for garnish
30 ml Patrón Silver
75 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
22.5 ml Suze
3 drops Eau-de-vie de Gentiane
+ Hawaiian black salt rim
+ Slice of grapefruit for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Rim highball glass with Hawaiian black salt.
  2. Add ingredients to the glass, building over ice, and stir briefly.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
