2 oz Patrón Silver
.8 oz Simple syrup
.5 oz Passion fruit puree
.2 oz Balsamic vinegar
1 Egg white
2 Fresh strawberries
3 Basil leaves, 1 for garnish
60 ml Patrón Silver
24 ml Simple syrup
15 ml Passion fruit puree
6 ml Balsamic vinegar
1 Egg white
2 Fresh strawberries
3 Basil leaves, 1 for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Muddle together strawberries, basil leaves and simple syrup into cocktail shaker.
  2. Add Patrón, balsamic vinegar, passion fruit puree and egg white to the shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify egg white.
  4. Add ice and shake to chill.
  5. Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a basil leaf.
