Recipe Ingredients

1.5 oz Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo
0.375 oz Almond-Infused Apricot Liqueur*
0.375 oz Amontillado Sherry
0.25 oz Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino
+ 1 dash Orange bitters
+ Toast almond sliver, for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill.
  2. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  3. Garnish with a toasted almond sliver.

*Almond-infused Apricot Liqueur: Weigh 95 grams of sliced almonds, let rest in 750ml of Apricot liqueur for at least 24 hours and up to 48.
Strain out Almonds after resting period.
