Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 1 oz | Orange Curaçao |
| 0.75 oz | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 1 oz | Amontillado sherry |
| + | Lime wheel, for garnish |
| + | Salt (or sugar) rim, optional |
| 45 ml | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 30 ml | Orange Curaçao |
| 22.5 ml | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 30 ml | Amontillado sherry |
| + | Lime wheel, for garnish |
| + | Salt (or sugar) rim, optional |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass rimmed with salt, and float the Amontillado sherry on top of drink.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
