Shaking its way down to the 2019 Shaky Beats Music Festival, the Simply Perfect Summer Tour will give concert-goers a chance to enjoy an upbeat twist on a down-home classic with the Southern Paloma. Inspired by flavors of the south, this cocktail meshes Patrón Silver with Merlet Crème de Peche, fresh lime juice, and a zingy topper of Ting grapefruit soda. The Southern Paloma is simply perfect for a day of getting down with friends new and old.
Southern Paloma
- 1.5 oz Patrón Silver
- .25 oz Merlet Crème de Peche
- 5 oz Lime juice
- + 2 oz top with Ting (grapefruit soda)
- Build in rocks glass with ice, except for the Ting and stir.
- Garnish with a pinch of green salt.
- Top with Ting Grapefruit Soda.
