The Patrón the Summer Cocktail Tour will be visiting the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas for two nights of exciting concerts and a flight of sweet summer cocktails, including the Yellow SHRub-Marine. Handcrafted by local bartender Matt Graham, this cocktail incorporates the city’s hottest trends when it comes to cocktailing into one perfect summer drink.
Locally loved flavors in Sin City include citrus, mustard seed and sake – and the Yellow SHRub-Marine includes every one of those ingredients incorporated in unique ways. From a mustard seed syrup to sake and citrus flavors through lemon juice and a lemon vinegar, these flavors mix in harmony alongside Patrón Silver. The result is a modern, savory and spicy cocktail perfect for a summer night by the pool or at the poker tables.
July 13 th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas will feature a concert from Faith Hill & Tim McGraw and on July 15 th at the same venue, Bruno Mars will be putting 24 Karat Magic in the air, while Patrón puts Silver in your glass.

Yellow SHRub-Marine
- 1.5 oz Patrón Silver
- .75 oz Mustard seed syrup*
- .333 oz Umenoyado Yuzu Shu Sake
- .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Barspoons lemon vinegar
- + Garnish with mustard seed sea salt**
*Mustard Seed Syrup:
Mix 2 parts warm water to 1 part honey. Put in blender with 1 teaspoon freshly ground brown mustard seed (finely ground in a spice blender) and 1/4 teaspoon Morton's Mediterranean Fine Sea Salt. Blend thoroughly and then fine strain.
**Mustard Seed Sea Salt:
Mix 3 parts freshly ground brown mustard seed to 1 part Morton's Mediterranean Fine Sea Salt.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and shake to chill.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with mustard seed sea salt** and fancy lemon peel expressed, trimmed and rested on rim of glass.
