See moreThe latest in the search for international perfection took Patrón all the way down under where bartender Nick Cozens came out on top, being named Australia’s Patrón Perfectionist. A resident of Melbourne, Nick was victorious on account of raw talent and creativity, serving up the delicious and refreshingly unique Song of the Sea cocktail. The presentation was just as perfect as one would imagine, served in a conch shell, garnished with salted agave air and presented on a bed of pineapple and black pepper sand. Congratulations, Nick!
The Song of the Sea
- 1.5 oz Patrón Silver
- .5 oz Vanilla washed Lillet Blanc
- .75 oz Fresh lime juice
- .75 oz Black pepper and coriander shrub
- .75 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- + Salted agave air spooned over the top
