See moreAll you need is love, and tequila cocktails. Which was exactly what bartender Gui Jaroschy from Broken Shaker in Miami treated London Cocktail Week guests to by going behind the bar and crafting the Yellow Submarine. Being from Miami, Gui used his hometown as inspiration to craft a fresh, fruity and spicy cocktail featuring Patrón Silver. A bit of mystery was revealed, too, when he showcased how to make the cocktail’s “yellow juice”, which also played a part in the drink’s name.
Gui also hosted a Masterclass on fresh produce and making the freshest cocktails – not surprising since the Yellow Submarine mirrors the people of Miami: Refreshing, interesting and playful. In flavor notes, this translates to a subtle earthy vegetal taste from the beets and bell peppers, which mix perfectly with the fresh agave notes and light pepper of Patrón Silver.
Tomorrow marks the final day of London Cocktail Week, and we’re sure many participants are looking forward to a Patrón Tequila-filled Sunday Funday.
