
Flamingo Park Margarita

Sparkling grapefruit water adds an unexpected pop to the Flamingo Park Margarita while Patrón Reposado grounds the Margarita of the Year contender in earthy oak notes.
Recipe Ingredients
1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
.5 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
1 oz | Grapefruit sparkling water |
.75 oz | Fresh lime juice |
.75 oz | Rich agave syrup (2:1) |
.5 oz | Martini Bitter |
+ | Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim* |
+ | Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish |
45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
15 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
30 ml | Grapefruit sparkling water |
22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
22.5 ml | Rich agave syrup (2:1) |
15 ml | Martini Bitter |
+ | Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim* |
+ | Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Rim a footed highball glass with the tajín/sea salt/black pepper mixture.
- Combine spirits, agave syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in the highball glass.
- Top with grapefruit sparkling water and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
*Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim:
2 parts tajín : 1 part maldon sea salt : 1 part black pepper
