.5 oz | Simple syrup |
1 | Egg white |
4 oz | Aranciata (Italian orange) soda |
+ | Half slice blood or Valencia orange for garnish |

22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
15 ml | Simple syrup |
1 | Egg white |
120 ml | Aranciata (Italian orange) soda |
+ | Half slice blood or Valencia orange for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- “Dry shake” (without ice) all liquid ingredients except Aranciata soda to initiate emulsion.
- Add ice and shake vigorously to chill.
- Strain “up” into a fizz glass or collins glass, and top with Aranciata soda.
- Garnish with half a slice of blood orange or Valencia orange.
