Servings 1
2 oz Patrón Silver
1 oz Strawberry puree
.75 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz Simple syrup
.5 oz Blood orange juice
+ Sparkling wine
+ Blood orange slice for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
  2. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  3. Top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with blood orange slice.
