1.5 oz	Patrón Silver
.5 oz	Oloroso Sherry
.75 oz	Apple juice
.75 oz	Fresh pressed lemon juice
.5	Honey syrup
+	Spritz soda
+	Hibiscus flower for garnish
45 ml	Patrón Silver
15 ml	Oloroso Sherry
22.5 ml	Apple juice
22.5 ml	Fresh pressed lemon juice
.5	Honey syrup
+	Spritz soda
+	Hibiscus flower for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

Combine all ingredients except soda in a mixing tin or pint glass with ice and “roll” the drink by pouring it back and forth between the two.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a hibiscus flower.
