Servings 1
2 oz Patrón Silver
.5 oz Suze Saveur d'Autrefois
1 oz Club soda
.75 oz Yerba Mate infused agave
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
2 dashes House-made celery bitters

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass and add club soda.
  3. Stir and garnish with a whole Epazote leaf.
