Recipe Ingredients

Servings 1
1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
1 oz Melon and coriander shrub
.5 oz Agave syrup infused with Mexican peppers
.5 oz Acqua di Cedro
1 Splash soda water
+ Melon slice, purple shiso, coriander, ground pepper and glitter for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the soda to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard and strain into a wine glass with ice.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with a slice of melon, purple shiso, coriander cress, ground pepper and gold glitter.
