| 1 oz | Melon and coriander shrub |
| .5 oz | Agave syrup infused with Mexican peppers |
| .5 oz | Acqua di Cedro |
| 1 | Splash soda water |
| + | Melon slice, purple shiso, coriander, ground pepper and glitter for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 30 ml | Melon and coriander shrub |
| 15 ml | Agave syrup infused with Mexican peppers |
| 15 ml | Acqua di Cedro |
| 1 | Splash soda water |
| + | Melon slice, purple shiso, coriander, ground pepper and glitter for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Add all the ingredients, except the soda to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard and strain into a wine glass with ice.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with a slice of melon, purple shiso, coriander cress, ground pepper and gold glitter.
