| .75 oz | Honey syrup |
| 2 | Dashes celery bitters |
| + | Cilantro leaves for garnish |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine ingredients in a mixing tin and shake vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
- Garnish with 3 leaves of cilantro.
