.75 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
.35 oz | Homemade cinnamon syrup* |
1.5 oz | Hard Apple Cider |
+ | Red crab apple and cinnamon stick for garnish |
45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
10.5 ml | Homemade cinnamon syrup* |
45 ml | Hard Apple Cider |
+ | Red crab apple and cinnamon stick for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Combine all ingredients except cider in cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake for 6 - 8 seconds.
- Strain into collins glass.
- Add crushed ice and top with cider.
- Garnish with crab apple and cinnamon stick.
*Homemade Cinnamon Syrup
8 oz Pure cane sugar
4 oz Water
4 6-Inch cinnamon sticks
Add all ingredients to saucepan on medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit for 25 minutes. Pour into glass container. Store in refrigerator until use.
