Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| .5 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| .75 oz | Lime juice |
| .75 oz | Rock & Rye Gentian cordial |
| .25 oz | Green Chartreuse |
| + | Better Made potato chips |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 15 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Lime juice |
| 22.5 ml | Rock & Rye Gentian cordial |
| 7.5 ml | Green Chartreuse |
| + | Better Made potato chips |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
- Garnish with a potato chip rim.
* Rock & Rye Cordial:
24 oz Bottle of Faygo Rock & Rye
12 g Gentian root
15 g Raw sliced ginger
6 g Cracked black pepper
½ cup Granulated sugar
Zest from 1 grapefruit
Rock & Rye Cordial:
- Place ingredients in a 165 degree pre-heated water bath.
- Cook for 1 hour at 165 degrees and then remove from heat.
- Fine strain and ice bath remaining liquid.
- Once cool, date and label, keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
