.5 oz	Kamm and Sons
1 oz	Pear juice
.5 oz	Lime juice
.5 oz	Passion fruit syrup
2 dashes	Salted Peychaud's Bitters
+	Top with soda water
+	Thinly sliced pear for garnish
30 ml	Patrón Reposado
15 ml	Kamm and Sons
30 ml	Pear juice
15 ml	Lime juice
15 ml	Passion fruit syrup
2 dashes	Salted Peychaud's Bitters
+	Top with soda water
+	Thinly sliced pear for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
