An Eclectic Cocktail Fit for the Queen City

Although Toronto is the capital of Ontario and the largest city in Canada, it’s still a bit under the radar. Well, thanks to Patrón’s latest Secret Dining Society, the secret’s out.
The Bickford Sling cocktail, which debuted at the event, takes a cue from the city’s diversity, calling upon a range of flavors that blend together seamlessly.
Bickford Sling
- 1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
- .75 oz Tio Pepe
- .5 oz pineapple juice
- .75 oz pineapple gomme
- .75 oz lime juice
- Muddled Korean mint, plus more for garnish
- Ice
- Vanilla soda
In a shaker, add the first six ingredients and give it a short shake. Strain over ice into a 10-ounce highball glass and top with vanilla soda. Garnish with Korean mint and a straw, then serve.
