| 2.5 oz | Corriander seed soda |
| .5 oz | Pickled dry crab apple reduction |
| .25 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| + | Lime zest spray to finish |
| + | Apple crisp for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Martini Ambrato |
| 75 ml | Corriander seed soda |
| 15 ml | Pickled dry crab apple reduction |
| 7.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| + | Lime zest spray to finish |
| + | Apple crisp for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
ResetHow to Make
- Add ingredients, with the exception of soda, to a shaker with cubed ice.
- Shake to chill and combine.
- Double strain into glass over cubed ice.
- Top with corriander seed soda and lime zest spray.
- Garnish with an apple crisp placed on the glass.
