.75 oz | Crème de cassis |
.5 oz | Spiced syrup* |

90 ml | Fresh dark apple cider |
22.5 ml | Crème de cassis |
15 ml | Spiced syrup* |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Combine ingredients in a collins glass and stir to combine.
- Garnish with apple slices.
*Spiced syrup:
Grind 2 cups cinnamon sticks, 1 cup star anise, 1 cup cloves and 1 cup Szechuan peppercorns. Add 5 cups simple syrup and simmer until a prominent flavor develops. Let cool, then fine strain.
