Ingredients

  • oz
  • ml
2 oz Patrón Reposado
.5 oz Dried longan and dried lychee maple syrup*
.5 oz Fresh lime juice
.5 oz Chinese Osmanthus Wine
1 piece Dried longan frozen in liquid nitrogen for garnish
60 ml Patrón Reposado
15 ml Dried longan and dried lychee maple syrup*
15 ml Fresh lime juice
15 ml Chinese Osmanthus Wine
1 piece Dried longan frozen in liquid nitrogen for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake to chill and combine.
  3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with a dried longan frozen in liquid nitrogen.

*Dried longan and dried lychee maple syrup:

  • 3.5 oz Dried longan
  • 3.5 oz Dried lychee
  • 7 oz Maple syrup
  • 7 oz Pure water

Combine dried longan, dried lychee and water in a pot. Slow boil at 130 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours. Strain. Add maple syrup to mixture and boil.
