45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
15 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
30 ml | Grapefruit sparkling water |
22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
22.5 ml | Rich agave syrup (2:1) |
15 ml | Martini Bitter |
+ | Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim* |
+ | Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
ResetHow to Make
- Rim a footed highball glass with the tajín/sea salt/black pepper mixture.
- Combine spirits, agave syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in the highball glass.
- Top with grapefruit sparkling water and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
*Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim:
2 parts tajín : 1 part maldon sea salt : 1 part black pepper
