Ingredients

1.5 oz PATRÓN Añejo
.5 oz Fresh apple cider
.5 oz Apricot liqueur
.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
.5 oz Amontillado sherry
+ Rosemary sprig for garnish
+ Lemon wheels for garnish
45 ml PATRÓN Añejo
15 ml Fresh apple cider
15 ml Apricot liqueur
15 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Simple syrup
15 ml Amontillado sherry
+ Rosemary sprig for garnish
+ Lemon wheels for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle rosemary and simple syrup.
  2. Add remaining liquids except sherry, and shake with ice to chill.
  3. Strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
  4. Float sherry on top of cocktail, and garnish with a rosemary sprig, coiled around the inside of the glass like a wreath.
