  • ml
1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
.75 oz Prickly pear purée
.5 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Cane syrup
+ Pinch of salt
+ Top with grapefruit soda
+ Grapefruit slice
45 ml Patrón Reposado
22.5 ml Prickly pear purée
15 ml Lime juice
7.5 ml Cane syrup
+ Pinch of salt
+ Top with grapefruit soda
+ Grapefruit slice

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker except the grapefruit soda with ice.
  2. Strain into rocks glass over ice.
  3. Top with grapefruit soda.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
