22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
22.5 ml | Simple syrup |
30 ml | Carrot juice |
4 | 1-inch chunks of celery |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle celery and simple syrup.
- Add Patrón Añejo, lemon and carrot juice.
- Shake vigorously with ice and strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
