Actor by day and mixologist by night, Jorge Ortega has creativity in every part of his life. After his start in bartending in 2011, Jorge honed his craftsmanship through studying the mixologists around him and exploring a variety of flavors to develop his personal palate. He has worked everywhere from celebrity hotspots to local tequila bars in Los Angeles, allowing his Mexican roots to shine, along with his craft.
