+ | Dash of bitters |
+ | Chamomile and sage perfume |

60 ml | Patrón Silver |
22.5 ml | Grapefruit soda |
15 ml | Lechuguilla juice |
15 ml | Piloncillo & chicatanas agave syrup |
15 ml | Aged grapefruit liqueur |
15 ml | Lemon juice |

+ | Dash of bitters |
+ | Chamomile and sage perfume |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Add all ingredients except the bitters and perfume to the tin of a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and combined.
- In a volcanic stone glass, pile frappé ice with a peak in the center like a snow cone.
- Strain the cocktail over the ice in the glass, finishing with the dash of bitters and delicate spray of perfume.
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and one flower.
