Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Combine ingredients in a shaker tin.
- Add ice, shake and strain over a big rock of ice in a double rocks glass.
- Garnish with half-dehydrated grapefruit on top of ice and sprinkle ancho salt over it.
