ResetHow to Make
- Combine all ingredients except garnish in a shaker tin.
- Shake and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with candy lime reduction.
*Dragon fruit simple syrup:
- 14 oz Frozen organic dragon fruit
- 32 oz Hot water
- 32 oz Granulated sugar
Bring ingredients to a boil. Once sugar is dissolved, turn temperature to low and let simmer for 20 minutes. Strain out the seeds.
**Jasmine tea simple syrup:
- 1/3 Cup loose leaf organic jasmine tea
- 16 oz Hot water
- 16 oz Sugar
Combine the tea and 8 oz of hot water, let steep for approximately 7 minutes. Add the remaining hot water and sugar. Mix until all the sugar has dissolved and then strain out the tea leaves.
***Candy lime reduction:
- 92 oz Granulated sugar
- 24 oz Water
- 4 oz Light corn syrup
- 6-12 oz Lime syrup****
Gradually bring sugar and water to a boil until it reaches 302 degrees Fahrenheit. If your batch starts crystallizing, add about .5 oz lime juice. Let it cool for 3-5 minutes and add the lime syrup slowly into the mixture, careful to avoid overboiling. Pour the mixture over helium balloons filled with cold water to take their shape. When ready to use, cut the end off of the balloon and empty out the water.
