1.75 oz Patrón Silver
.75 oz MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth
1 oz Grilled pineapple juice
.5 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz Oleo saccharum (leftover pineapple pulp from juicing, lemona zest, cinnamon)
3 Basil leaves
2 dashes Homemade barrel aged chili bitters
52.5 ml Patrón Silver
22.5 ml MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth
30 ml Grilled pineapple juice
15 ml Lemon juice
22.5 ml Oleo saccharum (leftover pineapple pulp from juicing, lemona zest, cinnamon)
3 Basil leaves
2 dashes Homemade barrel aged chili bitters

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add Patrón Silver, pineapple skin-infused MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth, grilled pineapple juice, lemon juice and oleo saccharum and build in julep tin.
