22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
22.5 ml | Honey syrup |
7.5 ml | Patrón Smoky |
2-3 | Quarter-size slices of fresh ginger |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
ResetHow to Make
- Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the Patrón Smoky.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake to chill; double-strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Float the Patrón Smoky on top and garnish with candied ginger.
