2 oz Patrón XO Cafe
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 Egg white
4 oz Aranciata (Italian orange) soda
+ Half slice blood or Valencia orange for garnish
60 ml Patrón XO Cafe
22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Simple syrup
1 Egg white
120 ml Aranciata (Italian orange) soda
+ Half slice blood or Valencia orange for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. “Dry shake” (without ice) all liquid ingredients except Aranciata soda to initiate emulsion.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill.
  3. Strain “up” into a fizz glass or collins glass, and top with Aranciata soda.
  4. Garnish with half a slice of blood orange or Valencia orange.
