Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
ResetHow to Make
- Add ginger and mint-infused limoncello** in a Boston shaker with ice.
- Shake mixture until well combined.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Add strawberry-scented Patrón Silver* into a glass cocktail pipette.
- Add filled pipette into the glass of chilled ginger and mint-infused Limoncello.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and sliced strawberry.
*Strawberry-scented Patrón Silver:
- 2 Bottles of Patrón Silver
- 2 Cups fresh strawberries
- In a cold drip tower add two bottles of tequila and two cups of fresh chopped strawberries.
- Allow to drip for 8-10 hours.
- The finished tequila can be stored in a glass bottle for up to two weeks.
**Ginger and mint-infused Limoncello:
- 1 Bottle Limoncello
- .5 Cup sliced ginger
- 10-15 mint leaves
- In a vacuum sealable sous vide bag, add 1 bottle of Limoncello, sliced ginger and mint leaves.
- Submerge bag into sous vide for up to 2 hours and set aside to cool.
- The finished infusion may be stored in the sous vide bag or in a glass bottle for up to a month.
