Ravinder Singh is the man making the magic happen behind the bar at Dallas’ noted Rapscallion and Boulevardier. As the Beverage Director for both of these well-awarded establishments, he has made a name for himself through his inspirations and philosophy on bartending by building stunning drink programs that have become a staple of the city’s innovative scene. Alongside his usual post, Ravinder has served as Captain of the Ultimate Cocktail Experience in 2016 & 2017 where he brought his simple, yet dazzling, recipes to the bar and wowed crowds with bold flavors.
