+ | Zumba Pica chili salt for rimming |
+ | Pineapple frond, edible flowers and chilis for garnish |
+ | Chili oil for garnish |
45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
22.5 ml | Pineapple juice |
7.5 ml | Lime juice |
7.5 ml | Licor 43 |
7.5 ml | Cinnamon syrup |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Rim a chilled coupe with Zumba Pica chili salt.
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and ice.
- Shake for approximately 10 seconds until chilled.
- Double strain into the rimmed coupe.
- Garnish with pineapple frond, edible flowers and chilis. For additional garnish, top with 2 drops of chili oil.
