Yeray Monforte

Barcelona, Spain

Yeray Monforte is constantly on the move when it comes to cocktails. He’s received an intermediate Barista degree along with a university master’s degree in modern cocktails by the Basque Culinary Center. He currently is co-owner of Lino Terrace Castellión and an adjunct professor in the Gastronomica GASMA university. Among his many accomplishments, he was named Spain’s Patrón Perfectionist 2018.
