Stefan Huebner, Owner of Dot Dot Dot in Charlotte, is known for his expert-level hospitality and refined cocktail knowledge. Twenty-three years behind the bar, creating innovative recipes and developing bar programs, have led Stefan to win a number of awards and nominations, including Best of Charlotte’s Bartender of the Year in 2013 and Elavate’s Bartender of the Year in 2014, 2015 & 2016. He continues spreading his love of great cocktails and extensive knowledge through appearances on NPR and NBC’s Charlotte Today.
