Luis David Arcadio Hernández’ passion for bartending began in some of Mexico City’s most prestigious restaurants. It was there that he realized his deep love for his country and its culture by taking a dive into his Mexican roots. After honing his skills as a trained bartender, he now works at a craft cocktail bar in the heart of the city where he began his career and became a 2018 Patrón Perfectionists finalist, Mexico City.
