Lance Bowman

Lance has been behind the bar for nearly two decades and is currently the beverage director for Monnie Burke’s in Chicago. In the past, he has overseen programs that have received accolades, including Esquire’s Best Bars, and has also won numerous awards, including being named Chicago’s Patrón Perfectionist in 2018.
