François Descamps approaches bartending with a lot of heart, and with cocktails crafted with homemade syrups, infusions, liqueurs and more. In his own bar, Joker, he strives to keep the menu constantly changing in order to give guests a taste of France’s seasonality, mixed with his hearty dose of creativity. He’s been heavily awarded throughout his career, including Best Mixology Bar in France.
