Eric Bennett

Early on in his career, Eric was given the opportunity to manage the bar program at one of Birmingham's highest acclaimed restaurants and from there he went on to open and manage an array of establishments. He continues to immerse himself in a number of industry events and competitions. Most recently, he competed as one of fifteen national finalists in Diageo World Class for the second year in a row.
